With over 20 years of experience in compliance, CSR/ESG, and framework and systems implementation across the automotive, retail, manufacturing, tech, and nonprofit industries, Tara Jayaratnam has a unique ability to distill complex regulatory and compliance standards into manageable, actionable steps. Her systems-level perspective and talent for building practical implementation plans have helped numerous clients meet their compliance and audit needs. She helps organizations choose and implement the right strategy and framework for their needs, while streamlining processes using Lean Six Sigma tools that directly drive ROI.
Tara holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, a Master's in Engineering Management, and an MPA from Harvard University, where she was a Mason Fellow focused on post-conflict peacebuilding and reconciliation through development and cross-cultural leadership.
